Drinkable Desserts are the latest trend in cocktails and a great alternative to
traditional desserts. The Baileys® Drinkable Desserts Challenge invites you
to create your own drinkable dessert with new Baileys Irish Cream with a hint of
mint chocolate or with a hint of caramel or Baileys Original Irish Cream.
Start with a drink featuring the great taste of Baileys Irish Cream or new Baileys
Flavors, and complement it with suggested ingredients and garnishes from our list. Enter your details and your recipe for a chance to
win the Grand Prize from Baileys and Gourmet magazine.
Entries are in two categories, Professional and Amateur, and the Grand Prize winning
recipe from both categories will be showcased in a Baileys ad, running in Gourmet
magazine in April 2007. Professional winners will be included in national and local
press efforts and Amateurs will receive a trip to New York City for a class with
the Chef de Cuisine of Gourmet's Cooking Arts Center, Jennifer Day.
