Baileys Douze Points Chocolate Cocktail
No Eurovision night is complete without a showstopper, and this themed drink is definitely a douze points cocktail! The Eurovision inspired Chocolate Martini Cocktail has got it all going on! A splash of glam, a shake of sparkle, and the star of the show, Baileys Irish Cream. Bring glitz and glam to your glass as you sing along to every song with this perfect Eurovision drink!
Ingredients
- 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 50ml Chocolate Liqueur
- 25ml Vodka
- 100ml Double cream
- Ice
- Garnish of your choice
- 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
- Gold and chocolate sugar balls of different sizes
- Cotton candy
- Edible gold spray
- 5 cl Bailey’s Original
- Dairy
Directions
Add the ice to your cocktail shaker and the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and chocolate liqueur. Hold on tight and shake, shake, shake! Now strain into your favourite cocktail glass – we love a classic martini glass.
Whisk up your double cream (you can add a cheeky splash of Baileys to your cream if you fancy) until it forms soft peaks that hold their shape.
Spoon the whipped cream onto the top of your glasses. Finally, add some sparkle in the form of your favourite toppings – for some real glamour, edible glitter is the way to go! And….enjoy!
