Salted Caramel Martini Cocktail Recipe
For those who want to dive headfirst into the holiday spirit, this salted caramel martini is ideal. Whether you're celebrating Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve or just because, we're going to let you in on a little secret: the key to this martini is in the shake. Shake your heart out, shake again, pour, serve. It's the most indulgent, frothy festive cocktail ever.

100 ml Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
2-4 tbsp caramel sauce (add to taste)
50 ml vodka
100 ml cream
2 handfuls of ice
Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos, edible glitter and gold leaf

- STEP ONE
Spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, a little at a time. Take your time so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
- STEP TWO
Apply gold leaf with a small, clean, dry paint brush. (We told you this was boujie.)
- STEP THREE
Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel to a cocktail shaker, along with the vodka, cream, and lots of ice.
- STEP FOUR
Shake well (make sure you’ve dissolved the caramel sauce), and strain into the glasses.
- STEP FIVE
Top with the chocolate and edible glitter.
