To make the apple berry mix, melt the butter in a large fry pan on medium heat. Add the apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until apples are just tender. Place the apple mix in a large bowl and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, make the crumble topping by placing all of the ingredients in a separate small bowl. Using your fingertips, rub mixture until it has the texture of breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Add the blueberries to the apple mixture and sprinkle the flour on top. Gently fold together until just combined. Place mix in a 1 litre oven proof serving dish. Cover the top with the crumble mix. Bake in a pre-heated 180c oven for 15-20 minutes or until crumble is golden brown.
