Baileys french toast

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pouring cream
  • 3 tbso Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • FIND OUT WHERE TO BUY
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 Loaf brioche, sliced
  • 1 Tub of hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 50ml chocolate sauce
  • Icing sugar

Mix It Up

  1. Combine eggs, cream, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, cinnamon and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk and put aside.
  2. Construct sandwiches with brioche, placing a thick layer of hazelnut spread in between slices.
  3. Soak sandwiches in egg mixture, flipping once.
  4. Heat butter in a large non stick frying pan. Fry sandwiches on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce or icing sugar to serve.

Serving tip

  • For an extra indulgence, serve with Baileys Hot Fudge Sauce.
