Baileys Luscious Cocoa Whip

A delicious Baileys Mousse.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Baileys Custard
  • 1 tablespoon good cocoa powder, sifted
  • ¾ cup cream, whipped
  • 30ml Baileys Liqueur
  • FIND OUT WHERE TO BUY
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, toasted & roughly chopped

Mix It Up

  1. Place custard and cocoa into a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine well. Gently fold whipped cream and liquor into the custard mixture.
  2. Mix should be thick enough to pipe. If the mix is a bit loose, continue to whisk until it has thickened to a piping consistency.
  3. Pipe evenly into 150ml glasses and place in fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. To assemble and serve, divide blueberries evenly and place on top of each glass. Then top with a sprinkle hazelnuts and serve. 

Serving tip

  • For an extra chocolate hit, dust each glass with good cocoa powder.
