Baileys Made My Way

Make it your way by customising your ice cream.

    Serve Baileys Petite Ice Creams on a bed of ice

  • ¾ cup white chocolate roughly chopped
  • 200ml cream
  • ¾ cup blackberry jam, warmed
  • ¾ cup caramel sauce
  • ¾ cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • ¾ cup pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 6 x Baileys Original Petite Ice Cream Sticks

Mix It Up

  1. Place chocolate in a heat proof bowl. In a saucepan, slowly bring cream to a boil, remove from heat and add to chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute then stir until chocolate has melted. Pour into serving bowl.
  2. Prepare all other ingredients and place in serving bowls.
  3. Unwrap Baileys Petite Ice Cream Sticks and place on a serving platter of ice.
  4. To serve, have guests dip ice cream sticks into sauces and then into the various dry ingredients. Double dipping is encouraged!!!

Serving tips

  • Use any of your favourite ingredients to create your personalised dipping party.
  • Mix it up with a combination of Baileys Original and Baileys Chocolate Petite Ice Cream sticks.
  • Other items could include raspberry coulis, crushed salted peanuts, roughly chopped dried cranberries or dried blueberries. Get creative and start dipping!
