WARM COOKIE PIE WITH BAILEYS ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack purchased chocolate chip cookie mix
  • Ingredients per packet to create the cookie dough
  • 4 large scoops of Baileys Original Irish Ice Cream
  • ¾ cup warm chocolate fudge sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

Mix It Up

  1. Mix cookie dough as per instructions. Brush or spray 4 individual pie tins with vegetable oil. Divide the dough between the tins.
  2. Bake in a preheated 180c oven for 12-14 minutes or until the dough has cooked through. Let the cookie pies cool slightly.
  3. To serve place warm tins on serving plates, place scoop of ice cream on each then a drizzle of fudge sauce and a sprinkle of hazelnuts. Enjoy!
