- STEP ONE
Mix the coffee, sugar and Baileys in a bowl with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- STEP TWO
Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze uncovered for about an hour. Or until it begins to take on a slushy texture.
- STEP THREE
Break it up with a fork and put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process every 30 minutes until it is to your liking.
- STEP FOUR
Serve immediately with a dollop of whipped cream.
