14 oz pack Dark Cooking Chocolate
28 oz Whole milk
1 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk
Marshmallow Squares
Whipped Cream
Small Indoor Sparklers

Directions
- STEP ONE
Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour
- STEP TWO
Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened
- STEP THREE
Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys
- STEP FOUR
Whisk until smooth off the heat
- STEP FIVE
Divide between thick glasses
- STEP SIX
Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square
- STEP SEVEN
Serve immediately
