- STEP ONE
Layer espresso into base of a glass, add ice and pour over the vodka.
- STEP TWO
Gently pour Baileys to create a beautiful, marbled effect for the White Russian.
- STEP THREE
Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Or for something a little more floral, you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. White Russian cocktail hour has arrived.
