Baileys Berries & Cream Pots

Gelatin Not Setting? Try this Baileys Berries & Cream Gelatin Pudding Recipe

Who knew it took hours for gelatin to set? If you're on the hook to serve a gelatin dessert, turn your dessert fail into a delicious Baileys gelatin cocktail. All you need is some heavy cream, fresh berries, cookies and Baileys Strawberries & Cream. In fact, the Baileys Berries & Cream Pots will be such a success, you could plan to make it for an easy Easter dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 + 1/3

Baileys Strawberries & Cream Liqueur
1 ΒΌ
cups
Wobbly Gelatin (strawberry or raspberry)

Heavy Cream

cups
Mixed Berries

cup
Crumbled Biscuits

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1 Blend the wobbly gelatin with half of the heavy cream in a food processor until smooth and thick.
  2. 2 In a separate bowl, whip together the rest of the heavy cream with the Baileys Strawberries & Cream.
  3. 3 In four individual glasses, add a layer of the gelatin cream mixture, a layer of the Baileys cream mixture and a layer of berries.
  4. 4 Repeat layers two more times or until the glass is full.
  5. 5 Garnish with crumbled cookies and extra berries.
This recipe contains no more than 0.6 fl. oz. of alcohol per serving. Serves 4.
