When your cookies turn out flat and a little charred, get creative with a bottle of Baileys Original Irish Cream and follow this easy peanut butter cocktail recipe for a sweet and salty treat. Quickly whip up a few batches of these peanut butter shots for your Easter brunch menu and you'll be the hit of the adult Easter party.


Milk Chocolate (plus extra to dip the glasses), melted
Crispy Peanut Cookies, broken into crumbs (plus extra to dip and sprinkle)
Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ½
Peanut Butter (heaped)
Chocolate flakes
Extra Cookie Crumbs
Chopped Peanuts


  1. 1 Pulse cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor.
  2. 2 Dip the rim of your glass in melted chocolate then coat in cookie crumbs. Set aside.
  3. 3 In a smoothie maker or blender, blend the rest of the cookie crumbs and reserve or garnish.
  4. 4 Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and ½ plus ⅓ cups of milk until smooth. Pour into the glass.
  5. 5 Add the peanut butter, the rest of the melted chocolate and the rest of the milk to the smoothie maker, blend until smooth.
  6. 6 Pour into the glass, top with chocolate flakes, more cookie crumbs and chopped peanuts.
This recipe contains no more than 0.6 fl oz. of alcohol per serving.
