When your cookies turn out flat and a little charred, get creative with a bottle of Baileys Original Irish Cream and follow this easy peanut butter cocktail recipe for a sweet and salty treat. Ingredients

Milk Chocolate (plus extra to dip the glasses), melted

cup
Crispy Peanut Cookies, broken into crumbs (plus extra to dip and sprinkle)
½
cup
Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ½
cups
Milk

tbs
Peanut Butter (heaped)
Chocolate flakes
Extra Cookie Crumbs
Chopped Peanuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1 Pulse cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor.
  2. 2 Dip the rim of your glass in melted chocolate then coat in cookie crumbs. Set aside.
  3. 3 In a smoothie maker or blender, blend the rest of the cookie crumbs and reserve or garnish.
  4. 4 Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and ½ plus ⅓ cups of milk until smooth. Pour into the glass.
  5. 5 Add the peanut butter, the rest of the melted chocolate and the rest of the milk to the smoothie maker, blend until smooth.
  6. 6 Pour into the glass, top with chocolate flakes, more cookie crumbs and chopped peanuts.
