Milk Chocolate (plus extra to dip the glasses), melted

Crispy Peanut Cookies, broken into crumbs (plus extra to dip and sprinkle)

Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ½
cups
Milk

Peanut Butter (heaped)
Chocolate flakes
Extra Cookie Crumbs
Chopped Peanuts

1Pulse cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor.
2Dip the rim of your glass in melted chocolate then coat in cookie crumbs. Set aside.
3In a smoothie maker or blender, blend the rest of the cookie crumbs and reserve or garnish.
4Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and ½ plus ⅓ cups of milk until smooth. Pour into the glass.
5Add the peanut butter, the rest of the melted chocolate and the rest of the milk to the smoothie maker, blend until smooth.
6Pour into the glass, top with chocolate flakes, more cookie crumbs and chopped peanuts.
