BAILEYS MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
2
cups
Milk
4
oz
Bittersweet Chocolate
1
Cinnamon Stick
1
tsp
Cayenne Pepper
Whipped Cream
DIRECTIONS
- 1 Add 2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 cups milk, 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, 1 cinnamon stick, & 1 tsp cayenne pepper to a saucepan.
- 2 Set over medium heat until chocolate has completely dissolved.
- 3 Remove the pan from heat & beat with a whisk until the chocolate has a thick layer of foam on top.
- 4 Top off with whipped cream & serve very hot.
This recipe contains no more than 0.6 fl. oz. of alcohol per serving. Serves 2.
