Baileys Frappuccino

300ml whole milk
300ml freshly brewed, chilled coffee

40g dark or milk chocolate or 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

1 crispy, chopped butter cookie

First, add the Baileys, ice cream and whole milk to a blender - you can use a non-dairy milk if you prefer - and blend together.

Next, beat the double until it holds its shape.
- <b>STEP 3</b>
Now, fill two tall glasses with ice and pour in the Baileys mixture, followed by the chilled coffee.
- <b>STEP 4</b>
Now that it looks marbled and delicious, top with whipped cream and drizzle lovingly with melted chocolate (or chocolate sauce). Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cookie crumbles, and voila, the perfect Baileys iced coffee!
