Baileys Black Forest Gateau Cupcakes
We introduced black forest gateau to the classic cupcake in this recipe and we've gotta tell you, it's the best, most delicious love story ever.

100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
3 sunken chocolate sponges
600ml double cream
Cherry or raspberry jam
12 fresh pitted cherries or tinned
Fresh cherries, chocolate flakes, curls and chunks

Directions
- STEP ONE
- Whip the cream with the Baileys Original Irish Cream. 
- STEP TWO
- Cut the sponge into 24 circles to fit the holes in a muffin tin. 
- STEP THREE
- Put a piece of sponge in each muffin case in the tin, press in extra crumbs to the fill the gaps. 
- STEP FOUR
- Add a pitted cherry and some jam, then another layer of sponge. 
- STEP FIVE
- Top with the Baileys cream, fresh cherries, chocolate flakes, curls and chunks and a drizzle of jam. And finally, take a moment to indulge.
