50ml Baileys Chocolate – or regular Baileys will be delicious too!

- STEP ONE
Crumble your leftover brownies into your favourite ice cream bowl.
- STEP TWO
Place a big scoop of gelato or ice cream right on top of the brownies. If it melts over them a little, it’ll just add to the indulgence!
- STEP THREE
The best part! Pour the delicious Baileys Chocolate over your creation and finish off with a generous sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
