Salted Caramel Martini Cocktail Recipe

2-4 tbsp caramel sauce (add to taste)
50 ml vodka
100 ml cream
2 handfuls of ice
Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos, edible glitter and gold leaf

- STEP ONE
Spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, a little at a time. Take your time so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
- STEP TWO
Apply gold leaf with a small, clean, dry paint brush. (We told you this was boujie.)
- STEP THREE
Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel to a cocktail shaker, along with the vodka, cream, and lots of ice.
- STEP FOUR
Shake well (make sure you’ve dissolved the caramel sauce), and strain into the glasses.
- STEP FIVE
Top with the chocolate and edible glitter.
