Baileys Salted Caramel martini cocktail
We’ll let you into a little secret that’ll get you the most indulgently frothy salted caramel martini cocktail possible. Shake until you can’t shake no more, then enjoy.
- 100 ml Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
- 2-4 tbsp caramel sauce (add to taste)
- 50 ml vodka
- 100 ml cream
- 2 handfuls of ice
- Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos, edible glitter and gold leaf
A little at a time, spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, slowly so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
Add gold leaf (use a small dry paint brush).
Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel sauce to a cocktail shaker, mix with a spoon until smooth.
Add the vodka, cream and lots of ice, shake well to dissolve the caramel sauce, strain into the glasses.
Top with the chocolate and edible glitter.
