Baileys Sparkler Hot Chocolate
This sparkler hot chocolate is the perfect companion for those sweet moments this winter.
Ingredients
- 400 g pack dark cooking chocolate
- 800 ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk
- 200 ml Baileys
- Whipped Cream
- Marshmallow Squares (see recipe)
- Small indoor sparklers
- Dairy
Directions
Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour
Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened
Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys
Whisk until smooth off the heat
Divide between thick glasses
Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square
Serve immediately
