Baileys Mocha Frappuccino

Delicious chocolate and coffee flavours swirled with Baileys Original Irish Cream and topped with chocolate sauce and honeycomb, a heavenly combo! This recipe uses whole milk for the mocha frappuccchino, but you can substitute with whichever you prefer – oat milk works wonderfully for the perfect homemade mocha frappucchino iced coffee! In fact, you can drink this mocha frappucchino however you like – it can be topped with whipped cream, or you can go extra with garnishes, whatever works for you!

Ingredients

  • 200ml chocolate flavoured milk
  • 1-2 Scoops of crushed ice
  • 1-2 Shots of cold espresso
  • 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 100ml - 150ml whole milk
  • 100ml chocolate sauce
  • Honeycomb
  • Coffee Beans

Directions

Add the crushed ice, espresso (remember to chill it first!), chocolate-flavoured milk, chocolate sauce, and Baileys Original Irish Cream to a blender and blend it well.

Pour into your favourite glass – you can add more ice to the glass if you want it super chilled! Then drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with crushed honeycomb.

If you want to be really fancy, you can garnish with a few coffee beans. Then sit back, sip, and enjoy your chilled treat!
