White Russian
There's no better way to shake up cocktail hour in the garden than with this truly iconic Baileys White Russian.
Ingredients
- 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 25ml Smirnoff No.21
- 25ml Espresso
- Garnish of your choice i.e. Cacao nibs and a fresh cherry or an edible flower
- Dairy
Directions
Layer espresso into base of glass, add ice and pour vodka.
Gently pour Baileys to create a marbled effect.
Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Alternatively you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. Cocktail hour has arrived.
