120ml Double Cream, Whipped

Enjoy an Easter treat with a Baileys White Chocolate Flavour with Raspberry Cheesecake! Begin by gently splitting your white chocolate easter eggs with a warm knife along the middle.

Blitz the digestive biscuits in a food processor to fine crumb. Add the melted butter and mix together. Gently press the mixture in the bottom of your Easter egg halves.
- STEP 3
For the filling, whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla, and double cream, followed by smooth Baileys White Chocolate Flavour with Raspberry. Spoon the mixture into the easter eggs. Chill in the fridge for approximately 3–4 hours.
- STEP 4
Top with fresh whipped cream (the more, the yummier!). Sprinkle over white chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries grab a spoon and dig in!
