Salted Caramel Martini Cocktail Recipe

100 ml Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
2-4 tbsp caramel sauce (add to taste)
50 ml vodka
100 ml cream
2 handfuls of ice
Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos, edible glitter and gold leaf

- FIRST STEP
Gradually pour the caramel sauce over the rims of two small glasses, letting the sauce run slowly (1-2 teaspoons per glass).
- SECOND STEP
Add the gold leaf (use a dry brush).
- STEP THREE
Add Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel.
- STEP FOUR
Add the vodka, cream and plenty of ice, shake well to dissolve the caramel sauce, strain into glasses.
- FIFTH STEP
Top with chocolate and edible glitter.
