- 100ml Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
- 2-4 tbsp caramel sauce (add to taste)
- 50ml vodka
- 100ml cream
- 2 handfuls of ice
- Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos, edible glitter and gold leaf

- STEP ONEA little at a time, spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, slowly so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
- STEP TWOAdd gold leaf (use a small dry paint brush).
- STEP THREEAdd the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel.
- STEP FOURAdd the vodka, cream and lots of ice, shake well to dissolve the caramel sauce, strain into the glasses.
- STEP FIVETop with the chocolate and edible glitter.
