Baileys Festive Chocolate Cocktail
Delight your besties this holiday season with a chocolate cocktail that’s sprinkled with magic. With chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, a splash of Baileys (of course), all topped off with a deliciously decadent shortbread cookie, it’s perfect for Christmas or New Year’s Eve. Edible glitter is optional, but very much advised for that extra bit of pizzazz.

140ml Cold hot chocolate
25ml Smirnoff Vodka
4 ice cubes
Chocolate sauce
Chocolate shavings
Edible glitter (optional)

Directions
- STEP ONE
Crumble the shortbread cookie very finely onto a plate and mix through some edible glitter–this is optional, but brings that extra sparkle!
- STEP TWO
Hold the martini glass on its side and swirl the chocolate sauce in (from the bottom to the top works best!) while gently turning the glass. Now, on another small plate, pour a thin layer of the dreamy chocolate sauce.
- STEP THREE
Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate sauce, then dip into the shortbread crumbs to coat the whole rim of the glass.
- STEP FOUR
Now your glass is ready, pour the cold hot chocolate, Baileys and vodka into the cocktail shaker and add the ice cubes last.
- STEP FIVE
Shake, shake, shake! After 2 minutes of shaking, pour into the decorated martini glass you prepared first. Top with chocolate shavings and some edible glitter for extra sparkle. Add a festive snowflake shortbread biscuit for that final festive touch and serve. Delish!
