2-4 tablespoons hot water
1 cup hot water

- STEP ONE
To begin, in a measuring cup or bowl, add the matcha powder of your choice. Add 2 to 4 tablespoons of hot water and whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved. It should have a paste-like consistency. Once ready, add 1 cup of water to the bowl, stir and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- STEP TWO
Fill a glass with ice and add the Baileys first. When the Baileys has settled to the bottom of the glass, add the milk of your choice. For a creamier drink, you can froth the milk before pouring it into the glass. Pour the milk little by little until it fills three quarters of the glass and add syrup to sweeten.

Finally, slowly pour the cooled matcha over the milk. Before stirring, admire the layers you have created! Grab a straw, stir and enjoy: delicious!
