Baileys S'mores Recipe

A campfire favorite, the classic s'more, gets a little Baileys love to transform it into a delicious bonfire night cocktail. Really easy to make, and no worries about melting marshmallows dripping everywhere! When Baileys S'mores come out, you’ll be asking for s’more!

3.5 oz crumbled digestives or shortbread
3.5 oz mini marshmallows
4.2 oz marshmallows
3.5 fl oz chocolate sauce
Blowtorch to finish

Directions
- STEP ONE
Add the crumbled shortbread to the bottom of a jar and throw in some marshmallows (as many as you like!)
- STEP TWO
Heat the chocolate sauce and pour it into the jars. This will melt the marshmallows and create ultimate yumminess! Then probably add a bit more chocolate sauce, just because.
- STEP THREE
Now put some mini marshmallows on top of the mixture. Bring on the Baileys – pour it over your creation. Now toast the mini marshmallows (they should have floated to the top!) with the blow torch until melty and delicious.
- STEP FOUR
And, enjoy! The campfire is optional.
