150g Leftover burnt cake
6 scoops Chocolate ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)
150ml milk
2 Tsps. epresso powder
75ml double cream – for whipping

Directions
- STEP ONE
Cut cake into chunks and tip into a blender, leaving some for decoration.
- STEP TWO
Add ice cream, Baileys Original Irish Cream, espresso powder and milk to blender.
- STEP THREE
Blend until smooth.
- STEP FOUR
Pour into large glasses and crumble over the remaining cake, to serve.
- STEP FIVE
Top with whipped cream and espresso powder. Best served with friends!
