Baileys Cake Shake
You know you're gifted when you can turn a burnt cake fail into a mega-yum Baileys milkshake with all the toppings.
Ingredients
- 150g Leftover burnt cake
- 6 scoops Chocolate ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)
- 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 150ml milk
- 2 Tsps. epresso powder
- 75ml double cream – for whipping
- Dairy
Directions
Cut cake into chunks and tip into a blender, leaving some for decoration.
Add ice cream, Baileys Original Irish Cream, espresso powder and milk to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into large glasses and crumble over the remaining cake, to serve.
Top with whipped cream and espresso powder. Best served with friends!
