Baileys Bubble Tea

This is the perfect bubble tea cocktail, and yes, you can make bubble tea with Baileys! Boba tea but with a Baileys twist? We're all about that! If you've never thought of making a Baileys bubble tea, this recipe will leave you wondering why it's taken you so long to try it. We've used Baileys Deliciously Light for this bubble tea drink, but feel free to experiment with the Baileys flavour you have to hand - you could discover your new favourite boba tea recipe in the process!

50ml Baileys Deliciously Light 

15ml Coconut Cream 

80ml Thai Tea Concentrate 

15ml Turmeric Honey Syrup (2:1) 

Directions

STEP ONE

Cook your favourite tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Once they’re cooked, add them to the bottom of a Collins glass and top with ice.

STEP TWO

Add Baileys Deliciously Light (or Original Irish Cream) and coconut cream to a shaker tin, Shake vigorously to create a frothy mixture. Double strain the mixture into the glass with the boba pearls and ice.

STEP THREE

Pour your favourite Thai tea concentrate over the ice, boba and Baileys mixture. You can adjust the amount based on how sweet you like it.

STEP FOUR

Drizzle with turmeric honey syrup and garnish with a boba straw for easy sipping!
