Baileys Coffee Granita

1 cup Espresso
¼ cup Sugar
For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1 (big) tbsp Icing Sugar

- STEP ONE
Mix coffee, sugar, and Baileys in a bowl with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- STEP TWO
Pour mixture into a dish and freeze uncovered for around an hour. Or until it starts to have a slushy texture.
- STEP THREE
Break it up with a fork and return to the freezer. Repeat the process every 30 minutes or so till it’s to your liking.
- STEP FOUR
Serve straight away with a dollop of whipped cream.
