Baileys Hot Chocolate Martini Cocktail
Baileys has taken hot chocolates to the next level with a ‘the gram’ worthy movie night must sip, introducing the Baileys Hot Chocolate Martini Choctail. This co-conspirator in fun and deliciousness combines all you love of a Baileys Hot Chocolate with a cheeky cocktail twist!

25ml Whole Milk
25ml Single Cream
25g Baking Dark Chocolate
25ml Smirnoff Vodka
Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate Sprinkles/Biscuit Crumbs

Directions
- STEP ONE
Squeeze some Chocolate Sauce onto a small plate
- STEP TWO
Place your martini glass upside down so the rim is dipped in the chocolate sauce.
- STEP THREE
On another plate, pour some chocolate sprinkles or biscuit crumbs, again place the martini glass upside down to coat the chocolate rim into your garnish.
- STEP FOUR
Chop/Grate your 25g of dark chocolate into super small pieces.
- STEP FIVE
Mix together 25ml Whole Milk and 25ml Cream into a mug, and microwave for around 30 seconds until boiling. Make sure you watch over this so it doesn’t spill over!
- STEP SIX
To the hot milk, add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until melted.
- STEP SEVEN
Then add 25ml Smirnoff Vodka and 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream into your chocolate milk.
- STEP EIGHT
Stir until fully combined. It doesn’t matter if your cocktail is still a little warm, we like it this way!
- STEP NINE
Pour into your rimmed martini glass and serve. If you have spare chocolate feel free to grate this over the top of the drink at the end for an extra treat!
