Baileys Hot Chocolate Martini Cocktail
We’ve taken hot chocolate to the next level with this movie-night must-sip. Introducing the Baileys Hot Chocolate Martini: it’s chocolatey, indulgent, and made for cosy winter nights. Baileys, cream and vodka combine with chocolate sauce and sprinkles to create a holiday season special with a cheeky twist.

25ml Whole Milk
25ml Single Cream
25g Baking Dark Chocolate
25ml Smirnoff Vodka
Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate Sprinkles/Biscuit Crumbs

Directions
- STEP ONE
Squeeze some chocolate sauce onto a small plate and dip the rim of your martini glasses in to coat them in chocolate.
- STEP TWO
On another plate, pour some chocolate sprinkles or biscuit crumbs, and place the martini glass upside down again to coat the chocolate rim. Crumbs!
- STEP THREE
Chop or grate your 25g of dark chocolate into super small pieces.
- STEP FOUR
Mix 25ml whole milk and 25ml cream into a mug, and microwave for around 30 seconds until boiling. Make sure you watch over this so it doesn’t spill over!
- STEP FIVE
Add the chopped dark chocolate to your hot milk and stir until melted. Add 25ml Smirnoff Vodka and 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream into your chocolate milk. Stir until fully combined. It doesn’t matter if your cocktail is still a little warm, we like it this way!
- STEP SIX
Pour into your rimmed martini glass and serve. If you have spare chocolate feel free to grate this over the top of the drink at the end for an extra treat!
