- 300ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 30g Cocoa powder
- 1L Whole milk
- 250g Milk chocolate (finely chopped)

- STEP ONETo begin this chocolatey masterpiece, stir together with a spoon the cocoa powder and enough milk (start with 50ml and add more if needed), to make a thick, smooth mixture.
- STEP TWOAdd the mix to the slow cooker, together with the rest of the milk and chocolate pieces - yum.
- STEP THREEPlace the lid on and cook for 1hr on low, stirring every 15 minutes.. (we won’t tell if you have a little taste!)
- STEP FOURThen, it’s our time to shine! Add in the Baileys and stir until beautifully combined into a velvety-smooth, warm, hot chocolate.
