This sparkler hot chocolate is the perfect companion for those sweet moments this winter.

Ingredients

Shopping List
  • 400g pack Dark Cooking Chocolate
  • 800ml Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk
  • Marshmallow Squares
  • Whipped Cream
  • 200ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • Small Indoor Sparklers

Directions

  • Step 1
    Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour
  • Step 2
    Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys
  • Step 4
    Whisk until smooth off the heat
  • Step 5
    Divide between thick glasses
  • Step 6
    Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square
  • Step 7
    Serve immediately
