This sparkler hot chocolate is the perfect companion for those sweet moments this winter.

- 400g pack Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 800ml Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk
- Marshmallow Squares
- Whipped Cream
- 200ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- Small Indoor Sparklers

Directions
- Step 1Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour
- Step 2Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened
- Step 3Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys
- Step 4Whisk until smooth off the heat
- Step 5Divide between thick glasses
- Step 6Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square
- Step 7Serve immediately
