  • 200ml Cold Coffee (brewed how you like it)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Ice
  • For the foam:
  • 30ml 2% Milk
  • 80ml dulce de leche (including garnish)
  • 60ml Heavy Cream
Allergies
  • Milk

Directions

  • STEP ONE
Starting off with decoration if you fancy it, if not don’t worry this recipe is just as delicious without it. Spoon 1 teaspoon of dulce de leche in the bottom of your chosen glass. Dip a handheld frother into the dulce de leche and turn it on, this will create your first line of decoration. Repeat this, dipping the frother back into the dulce de leche to create different angled lines up and down your glass. You should be left with a stripped pattern.
  • STEP TWO
Now for your cold foam, combine milk, heavy cream and remaining dulce de leche in a jug, make sure to reserve 1 teaspoon for the final decoration. Using your milk frother, mix until you get a thick foam.
  • STEP THREE
Pour your brewed coffee or espresso over ice cubes. Here you can add any sweetener, we recommend trying vanilla extract for extra sweetness. Give it a good stir and top with the dulce de leche cold foam you make earlier.
  • STEP FOUR
Now for the best part... slowly pour in your Baileys. Garnish with a final drizzle of dulce de leche and enjoy. Yum!
