  • 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 25ml Smirnoff No.21
  • 25ml Espresso
  • Garnish of your choice i.e. Cacao nibs and a fresh cherry or an edible flower

Directions

  • STEP ONE
    Layer espresso into base of glass, add ice and pour vodka. Gently pour Baileys to create a marbled effect.
  • STEP TWO
    Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Alternatively you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. Cocktail hour has arrived.
