1 cup heavy cream

- STEP ONE
Whisk the milk, egg, and Baileys together until combined. Butter a pan over medium-high heat.
- STEP TWO
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are soaked.
- STEP THREE
Transfer the slices to the hot pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- STEP FOUR
Let the toast cool for 3–5 minutes.
- STEP FIVE
Whip the heavy cream and 1 oz of Baileys on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- STEP SIX
Pour the whipped cream over the toast and garnish with strawberries.
