- 600ml double cream
- Cherry or raspberry jam
- 12 fresh pitted cherries or tinned
- Fresh cherries

Directions
- STEP ONEWhip the cream with the Baileys Original Irish Cream.
- STEP TWOCut the sponge into 24 circles to fit the holes in a muffin tin.
- STEP THREEPut a piece of sponge in each muffin case in the tin, press in extra crumbs to the fill the gaps.
- STEP FOURAdd a pitted cherry and some jam, then another layer of sponge.
- STEP FIVETop with the Baileys cream, fresh cherries, chocolate flakes, curls and chunks and a drizzle of jam. And finally, take a moment to indulge.
