75g strawberries
100ml double cream
75g white chocolate finely chopped
100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
75g cream cheese
TO DECORATE:
Edible dried rose petals crumbled meringue chopped white chocolate or any other delish goodies of your choice

- STEP ONE
Blend the strawberries with 1 tbsp of water until very smooth(a smoothie maker is good) and then set aside.
- STEP TWO
Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and resist eating as much as you can. Heat 75ml of the cream until it just starts to boil, then pour it over the chocolate mmm dreamy. Leave for 2 mins before mixing until silky smooth.
- STEP THREE
Whisk the Baileys and strawberry puree into the chocolate mixture. Whisk in the cream cheese in two additions, then stir the rest of the cream in.
- STEP FOUR
Once it's completely smooth, add your toppings and get the cookies ready for dipping. Dunk those cookies like there's no tomorrow, and take a bite. Now try not to eat them all in one go.
