FOR THE DALGONA
(It should be prepared a day in advance, so that it has time to freeze)
25 g instant coffee
100 g sugar
100 ml water
FOR THE FINAL SERVING
Ice to fill 4 glasses
600 ml milk or more, depending on the size of the glass
200 ml Baileys (50 ml per serving)
Frozen Dalgona from the previous recipe
Chocolate shavings for decoration

- STEP ONE
Start by making your frozen dalgona. Combine instant coffee, sugar and 100ml of boiling water in a bowl and whisk at full speed for 4-5 minutes until you get a stiff peak. Pour into a freezer-safe container with a lid and pop it in the freezer for 24 hours.
- STEP TWO
Once your dalgona is frozen, grab your glasses and fill them with ice.
- STEP THREE
Add the milk and the Baileys, then top with one of two scoops of your frozen dalgona.
- STEP FOUR
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
