Baileys Festive Chocolate Cocktail

Delight your besties with an utterly choc-tastic wonder of a cocktail that's perfect for when you want to sprinkle a little magic. With chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, a splash of Baileys and topped off with a deliciously decadent shortbread cookie, it's an absolute dream of a drink everyone will love. The edible glitter is optional but very much advised for an extra pizzazz of glitz and glamour!

Directions

  • STEP ONE
    Crumble the shortbread cookie very finely onto a plate and mix through some edible glitter – this is optional but looks fab and brings that extra sparkle!
  • STEP TWO
    Hold the martini glass on its side and swirl the chocolate sauce in - from the bottom to the top works best! - while gently turning the glass. Now, on another small plate, pour a thin layer of the dreamy chocolate sauce.
  • STEP THREE
    Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate sauce and then dip into the shortbread crumbs to coat the whole rim of the glass – yummy!
  • STEP FOUR
    Now your glass is ready, pour the cold hot chocolate, Baileys and vodka into the cocktail shaker and add the ice cubes last.
  • STEP FIVE
    Shake, shake, shake! After 2 minutes of shaking, pour into the decorated martini glass you prepared first. Top with chocolate shavings and some edible glitter for extra sparkle. Add a festive snowflake shortbread biscuit for that final festive touch and serve. Delish!
