1 egg
Brioche bread
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream

- STEP ONE
Whisk milk, egg and Baileys together until combined. Butter a pan over medium high heat.
- STEP TWO
Dunk bread slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
- STEP THREE
Transfer to hot pan and cook until both sides are golden.
- STEP FOUR
Let toast cool for 3-5 minutes.
- STEP FIVE
Whip heavy cream and 1 oz Baileys on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- STEP SIX
Pour whipped cream over toast and garnish with strawberries.
