- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 egg
- Brioche bread
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Strawberries

- STEP ONEWhisk milk, egg and Baileys together until combined. Butter a pan over medium high heat.
- STEP TWODunk bread slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
- STEP THREETransfer to hot pan and cook until both sides are golden.
- STEP FOURLet toast cool for 3-5 minutes.
- STEP FIVEWhip heavy cream and 1 oz Baileys on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- STEP SIXPour whipped cream over toast and garnish with strawberries.
